Exploration Session

Exploration sessions are a way for you to meet me and see if I am a good fit for your needs. This is a 20 minute virtual session where we start a dialog and determine if you feel supported with my psychotherapy style.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is a journey, which can lead to a more accurate understanding of self. Individual counseling sessions can help you discover a clearer picture of the direction you would like to take and enjoy a more healthy and productive life. We all have personal struggles, but we also all have the potential to overcome them. Individual sessions are aimed at realizing that potential.

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments are one-to-one sessions aimed at evaluating various components of a person’s life in order to develop a holistic perspective of strengths, needs, abilities and preferences. Assessments are used to link you with the services and level of care needed to help you become your best self and find your new beginning.

COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY

Family can be your biggest advocate and support system. These sessions aim to assist and empower families to live in harmony with one another. To provide a holistic approach, families and significant others are involved in the collaboration of change. These sessions use Family Systems Therapy to provide support and goals for everyone to work together.

INTEGRATION
THERAPY

Integration is the process of digesting an experience; identifying and absorbing insights and newfound wisdom from one’s inner voice to reveal an authentic self. The purpose of Integration Therapy is to create a safe space for people to talk about non-ordinary states of consciousness, offer emotional support, educational information and harm reduction strategies for those integrating psychedelics into their mental wellbeing. I am clinically trained as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist.

ANIMAL-ASSISTED THERAPY

Animal Assisted Therapy is a therapeutic approach that involves trained therapy dogs to support and enhance the healing process in individuals with various physical and mental health issues. Interactions with therapy dogs can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, promote emotional well-being, and improve social skills and communication. Diamond provides comfort, companionship, and a non-judgmental presence, making her a valuable partner in therapy sessions, particularly with children. Canine Assisted Therapy harnesses the unique bond between humans and dogs to contribute positively to the overall well-being and recovery of individuals facing diverse challenges.

KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an innovative approach that combines the use of the anesthetic drug ketamine with psychotherapy techniques. It involves administering a carefully controlled dose of ketamine (either by sublingual or intramuscular routes of administration) to a patient in a therapeutic setting, guided by a trained professional. KAP has gained recognition for its potential to provide rapid and profound therapeutic effects, particularly in the treatment of mental health disorders. One of the key benefits of KAP is its ability to facilitate breakthroughs in therapy by temporarily altering the patient's consciousness. Ketamine, when administered in lower doses, can induce a dissociative state that allows individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and memories more deeply. This heightened state of introspection, combined with psychotherapeutic interventions, can help patients gain insight into the root causes of their mental health challenges and develop new coping strategies.
